He listed to what we were interested in and stayed with us, showing us many models for the next 1 1/2 hours. The next day Don returned and I did also and drove one of the cars we were interested in. On the third day, we had made our decision and purchased one. Throughout the process, Greg was extremely helpful but not pushy at all or impatient with us. Debbie Millis has been my service person since the first day I drove into this dealership with my 2006 Lexus about 10 years ago. She is incredible and is one reason I wanted another Lexus. More

I visited the dealership twice before buying the car and each time I didn't feel any pressure to purchase, which is a bit different than my previous experience. Each person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and they each took the time to answer all of my questions as well as addressed my concerns. On the day of purchase John Webb assisted as Greg Brock who is a super nice guy was already assisting another customer. John made the entire sales process very easy, again nothing like I have experienced in the past. It is now almost two weeks since I have had my car and John has reached out to see how everything is going and even reminded me about a couple of services that I need to bring the car back in for. I also had to call him on his day off in regards to a tire issue and he took the time to provide instructions on the steps needed to get the issue resolved. He could have easily instructed me to call someone who was actually working but he took the time to help which goes a long way in my book. More

"Certified 2015 Lexus 350" After looking on the Internet for several weeks, I found the 2015 Lexus 350 that I looking for. It was the color I wanted with low mileage. Greg Dowd After looking on the Internet for several weeks, I found the 2015 Lexus 350 that I looking for. It was the color I wanted with low mileage. Greg Dowdy was kind enough to call my husband back with information several times about the car I chose.. Often salespeople wait for you to call again. Mr. Dowdy was very friendly and we went there from Georgia to pay for and pickup the car. Wilde Lexus Sarasota is a great place to get a good certified car. My last 460 Lexus was from there and it turned out to be a good car. A friend wanted to purchase that car and trusted it enough not even to test drive it before he purchased it. Something that I am very upset about is that the car was manufactured with light tan carpet, but Wilde put jet black carpets on top of them before I picked up the car. I am so very disappointed with that aspect. I feel that they can and should get me the correct color carpet.. I'll be glad to return the jet black carpet back to Wilde Lexus Sarasota their expense. Another issue with the car was that half of the right lower back red reflector was broken and had fallen out on our trip home. The car seat won't raise up high enough for me to see to drive like my other Lexus would. Otherwise, the car seems fine. Rachel Hayes More

Just on a chance I stopped at Wilde Lexus several week I have looked for a GX460 for years....3 years ago had to settle for a new Toyota 4Runner SR5. Just on a chance I stopped at Wilde Lexus several weeks ago and was greeted in the hot FL sun by Greg. He showed me all the fine features of the GX and I left. Returned a week or so later and took it out for a test drive...it had the luxury package with air ride which my husband had been so impressed with. Found Greg and the dealership easy to work with in determining the final. I had narrowed my search down to either a Sequoia or the GX and the luxury package on it sold me.
