Wilde Lexus and Greg (Gator) know how to earn a life long cu I absolutely loathe buying cars. It generates more anxiety than basically anything I can think of. I bought my first Lexus in 2006 from Wilde Lexus, i I absolutely loathe buying cars. It generates more anxiety than basically anything I can think of. I bought my first Lexus in 2006 from Wilde Lexus, it was a 2004 IS300. 11 years later I desperately needed a newer car. I knew immediately that I was going back to Wilde to buy my car. As soon as we stepped on the lot, I made a beeline to a pretty red GS350. I immediately knew this was my car. That is when we met Gator. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We took the GS for a spin which confirmed this was my car! The sales team, manager and finance department worked quickly to agree on a deal. No nonsense, in and out in my new car in about 2 hours. Thank you Wilde Lexus and Gator for rolling out the red carpet. Maybe next time I won't wait so long. Customer for life! More

The car was spotless, had low mileage and was decently priced, given its high-end options. Greg was easy to talk to and I trusted him to coach me through the ordeal of buying a car. I was confident that he would not misrepresent the car. I resisted the add-on service options after the negotiated price was set because I was already well over budget. I appreciate that the dealership accurately sensed my discomfort. In total, a nice experience from start to finish. More

Apparently if you inquire through the internet this means there less inclined to work with you. This is at least what Greg told us. Greg was so unmotivated to sell us the vehicle because of this. Didn't ask us any questions and claimed a 23,000 vehicle which was already over priced somehow was 26,000 for us. I had asked when the battery was replaced in this 2012 Lexus RX 350 and Greg said " he didn't know". When buying a vehicle especially a Lexus your experience should all around be great. When we met with the supervisor to explain our experience he did not seem concerned or interested in making it better. We will not return to this dealership for these reasons. We currently reside in Boca grande and will especially let people know of our experience. Lexus of Clearwater has already been a 100 times better and only through internet inquiry. More
