This is truly the best experience around. Our finance director was absolutely fantastic as well and the second time we have been lucky enough to use her. You will never worry about bait and switch here. What they say is what they do and they stand behind everything they sell. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and we are a Crest Volvo for life family. Fabian and Mark in the service center both made me feel as if I was a famous person and connected me with Mark who is helping me plan my next vehicle purchase. Caden gave me his time to test drive a cx60 while mark was away for lunch and was so knowledgeable about the product he supports. I don't know the name of the two ladies in the loaner department but they both two just really made me feel comfortable and were so helpful. More

This was our first time to purchase a certified pre-owned Volvo. Greg was helpful and patient as we searched through cars long distance over the internet, by phone, and email. We finally found the one. From finding the right car for us, securing the car until we could get there, filling out paperwork, and having the car ready for us to drive away, Greg was there through every step. Our purchase day was smooth. The car looked beautiful and brand new inside and out when Greg brought it around. We believe Greg Bryan is the best sales advisor and a great representative for Crest Volvo! We love and highly recommend Greg! Locke was again wonderful to work with in financing our car. We asked to have him again for our most recent purchase. He makes financing fun! He thoroughly explained everything as we went through the paperwork. He knows his business. Everything went smoothly.
