Quicklane? ! How about not so quicklane! Called up for a tire swap, was quoted $169 dollars all in on the phone and asked to drop it off at 0730 in the morni ! How about not so quicklane! Called up for a tire swap, was quoted $169 dollars all in on the phone and asked to drop it off at 0730 in the morning. I asked if there was a later appointment, but told 0830 was the latest they had and that it should be ready in a couple of hours so I agreed. I dropped off the vehicle at 0830, where I was asked if I wouldn't mind picking it up at 1700 as they were busy. Not ideal for me, but I agreed as I understood it is tire swap season. Then, at 1640 I get a call asking if I dont mind leaving it and they will do the work tomorrow. I was already on the bus and explained I needed the vehicle to get to a medical appointment tomorrow. I arrived at 1700 to see the vehicle just going up on the ramps. Then, when coming to pay, I was charged over $213! Over 25% more than quoted. I've also had issues with the service garage connected to Ford here in the past with them not delivering on time schedules. Don't waste your time here! There are plenty of other good garages to go to in the Bow Valley. More

AWESOME dealership to work with and I could highly recommend. When we were looking for a new vehicle, we knew we wanted the Bronco Sport and started to look. Shane was so patient with us as we loo recommend. When we were looking for a new vehicle, we knew we wanted the Bronco Sport and started to look. Shane was so patient with us as we looked at various models and colours until we finally chose the one that we wanted. Dealing with Mike is finance was a pleasure. He took the time to walk us through every detail of the transaction, and all of the options. He understood where we wanted to be with our payments and what options were the best for us. Mike W in parts was awesome to work with. There are a couple of accessories that we wanted and needed for the vehicle and he took the time to find them for us , get the pricing, and an arrival date. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. We live in Calgary and drove out here for the service. Thank you all for making the purchase our our vehicle such a pleasure. We are truly enjoying our new SUV. More

This dealership tried to charge me over $3000 for a broken flex plate that was in fact a recall. A friend who happens to work at Ford told me they obviously didn’t check the VIN. Very poor. This dealership truly does put service first I have my Jeep wrangler serviced here and my Ford E450 motorhome It is light years above the Jeep dealer not only in atmosphere but i don't see the padded es Jeep wrangler serviced here and my Ford E450 motorhome It is light years above the Jeep dealer not only in atmosphere but i don't see the padded estimates for service for thousands of dollars every time i get an oil change. They fix what's necessary and not what makes them extra cash from an uneducated driver, for example $80 to change my cabin filter which takes 2 minutes Great job Cam Clark my next vehicle will definitely be bought here from Brock More
