She was so tentative, honest and kind. It truly didn’t feel like I was purchasing a car, but just chatting with friends. Everyone there was incredible, and made me feel so comfortable. Everything was explained in great detail. I highly recommend Kelly Cadillac. I cannot say enough good things. I’m so confident in my purchase. Hands down, the best car shopping experience I ever had. Kelly Cadillac is a gem in rural Lancaster. Everyone is friendly and professional. Uzma, my salesperson was attentive, knowledgeable and not aggressive at trying to sale a car. This is my prefer style, places one in a relazed state. I purchased a radiant red Premium Luxury CT5 with the 6 cylinder TT with all but super cruise. Beautiful car I must say. Uzma took the time to set up my car before I left while selling another car at the same time. This is multi-tasking at its best. Side note, when I wrote my check for the downpayment I made an error (senior moment),Kelly Cadillac was very understanding and allowed me a few days to correct the issue. I would recommend Kelly Cadillac for your next car purchase, hopefully Uzma will be there to greet you. More

Wow is all i can say about our experience with Kim (amazing ) then the owner’s being so personable with us they truly were the best I’ve seen ! We traveled from frederick md 2 hr ride to have thus (amazing ) then the owner’s being so personable with us they truly were the best I’ve seen ! We traveled from frederick md 2 hr ride to have thus best experience, well worth the ride . All the staff were very warm and like family. Again Kim took very care of us and my wife .
