Alec was extremely helpful and shared a lot of data about Wagoneers sold this year with the service calls to ease our concerns of the reliability we read online. The transparency helped shed some reality and truth in the entire process. There was no pressure and very good follow up. Very good listeners to what we needed and we’re happy with the purchase. I’ve been looking for a used car over the last 8 months or so waiting for the right one. I saw this one online (out of state) and inquired if it was available. Jackie initially reached out. She was responsive and I appreciate how helpful she was to kick it off. She didn’t pressure me either to get the car the day I reached out, which was in the middle of the week. They kept the car for me without making me feel like they were going to keep their options open to sell to someone else before I could get there over the weekend. (Another dealer made me feel this way and I decided not to go with them after that, even though the car was still available). Jackie swapped me over to work with Dan. Good guy, also didn’t feel like he was trying to pressure me into anything. Transparent and open about what I was signing. While we were waiting for some of the financing to go through, we had good conversation as well. Ultimately for a bigger purchase out of state, this felt seamless with having everything well organized. More
