I do want to say that I have always enjoyed each vehicle especially the Windstar I have owned 2. But Nick was what I felt the weak link was. I reached out a few times and nvr once spoke with him except the intial call. Every other call was routed to an agent to take a message. To other gentleman frank and Steve did speak with me but could not offer the information I was seaking because they weren't the advisor. Even when we picked the car up we still couldn't speak with him. Nick told us the first 2 times they had to reprogram the transmission. I looked all over to try and find an explanation for that and still can't find a clear line of reasoning. I understand things are going to happen nothing is perfect. But if you look at the vehicle and can't figure out what's wrong it's better to just say that. And we will keep our eyes peeled for more descriptive symptoms and sounds. But don't let the customer leave thinking that it's fixed when it's not. My daughter was stranded in a vehicle 3 times on a six lane road. She is 20 that's a very dangerous situation. Took officers to stop traffic each time to get her off the road.
