This AM 10/12/2022 I took my 2020 Ford Escape to Port Richey Ford as I thought I had a crack in the drivers side mirror. Frank Johnson my usual Service Advisor took a look and had his supervisor come to Richey Ford as I thought I had a crack in the drivers side mirror. Frank Johnson my usual Service Advisor took a look and had his supervisor come to check at which time he took one look and said someone had hit my car and it was not covered under my Warranty. Since there were absolutely no scratches/dings/breakage I disagreed and asked Frank Johnson for the number for Ford. After speaking with Ford and getting a case number I went to Flammer Ford for a second opinion . I spoke with Service Advisor Todd Scott and he came and checked the mirror and ran his finger over the mirror and said "Wait a minute" He went in his office and came out with a can of spray cleaner and rag and with a few wipes cleaned off what was some type of residue and the mirror was back to perfect condition. The reason for my one Star rating is that Whomever is the Service Supervisor at Port Richey Ford needs a lesson in Customer Relations. This of course is no reflection on Frank Johnson as he has to abide by the opinion of his boss and has always been great at his job. More

Been to this dealership twice for our 2020 mustang GT. First time our service advisor was very responsive to our inquiries about the status of our car.
