3rd Purchase This is my first purchase from the used car side of Jim Ellis. I will say there were multiple concerns during the purchase and even after. I told the salesman I would put a specific down payment and he told finance something completely different and I confronted him and he said he would fix it and never did. It was 3 days after the purchase when I was able to even pick up the vehicle as I understand it recently arrived at the dealership and needed some work. It would’ve been fine if I was told in the beginning. I had the vehicle for 1 week before I started to have issues and I notified the salesman, 3 weeks later I finally got the vehicle in and one of the managers told me they wanted to wait until my warranty kicked in before fixing my vehicle. Now there’s an out of pocket fee for me. I’m very disappointed in this entire transaction. More

Only helps when it’s beneficial to them Jim Ellis was great when it came to purchasing the vehicles. How, getting paperwork from them, was like pulling teeth. My vehicle was in involved in a Jim Ellis was great when it came to purchasing the vehicles. How, getting paperwork from them, was like pulling teeth. My vehicle was in involved in an accident 5 days after purchase, & the dealership was not helpful at all. I called everyday for 5 days straight to receive the bill of sale for proof for my insurance company. Then, my title still had not been sent to the state for processing almost 3 weeks after purchase. I basically begged for them to get it done, left multiple messages & sent multiple emails, but my questions were constantly ignored. Basically, they only care & assist you until they receive their money, & then you’re basically on your own. At first I was very grateful of the staff, but quickly became disappointed when they did not finish their end of the deal. I am still waiting for a response on my title and still cannot receive payout from my insurance. More
