I had my trucks transmission flushed and filter replaced, the flush and filter was fine, but they forgot to put 2 nuts back on a transmission mount. This made noise while driving, which is how I discovered t the flush and filter was fine, but they forgot to put 2 nuts back on a transmission mount. This made noise while driving, which is how I discovered the issue, and damaged the mount. Coincidentally, the technicians went on strike for 2 months the next day, so I had to wait for 2 months to get them to fix their mistake. The service manager, Felipe, was awesome about the whole issue with me and even gave me a loaner to use while they were fixing it, but this issue should have NEVER happened in the first place. 2 inexpensive little nuts can cause a lot of damage to a comparably expensive vehicle. Attention to details and the task at hand was not their forte that day. More
