My compliments to the service manager who at the end of my service appointment had to reapply the discounts for my break service which the service writer overlooked the cashier wasn't very pleasant either my service appointment had to reapply the discounts for my break service which the service writer overlooked the cashier wasn't very pleasant either quite dismissive in her attitude when I challenge the bill for the lack of the coupon. I also received a text during my sit in the service department lounge that I had a tire with a nail in the tread which was on the video and that my two license plate lamp bulbs were burned out they also suggested antifreeze flush which has already been done and a brake line flush which I also declined. When I returned home, that evening I noticed that the bulbs to the license plate framework working just fine and the next day I inspected the tire that supposedly had a nail in it none to be found still holding air so had I said yes go ahead and fix those items you would have ripped me off for $241 for a new tire and $84 for two little light bulbs. I don't trust this dealership now. I've been coming here for 5 years I will be taking my business somewhere else. More
