I am so very pleased with the professional service provided by Jeffrey Serwas and the entire Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins service team. I live in Naperville/Aurora area yet I consciously chose to h provided by Jeffrey Serwas and the entire Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins service team. I live in Naperville/Aurora area yet I consciously chose to have my vehicle serviced there due to relationships built and previous my previous experience. I arrived very early for my service appointment yet they welcomed me in immediately and provided a comfortable “waiting room” that felt more like my family den at home. Light refreshments were openly available as well as television. Jeffrey was very knowledgeable of the service repairs my vehicle required and made sure I was comfortable as I waited for my vehicle to be serviced and kept me abreast of everything that was being performed via text messages and videos. Sadly, my comfort was shortened when Jeffrey called me out of the “family den” aka waiting room in less than an hour and a half to tell me my vehicle was repaired and I was free to go on my merry way. Though I was so very appreciative of the expedient service and freshly washed vehicle, I was enjoying the respite from my daily life. THANK YOU JEFFREY AND ADVANTAGE CHEVROLET OF HODGKINS!
