Worst dealer ever, they are a bunch of thieves. Do not buy from them!!! Recently leased an Audi Q4 e-tron & couldn't be happier with both the dealership AND the vehicle so far. This is now our 6th Audi in the last 10 years dealing with Audi London (SQ5 x 2, Q7, Q8, A3), and w with both the dealership AND the vehicle so far. This is now our 6th Audi in the last 10 years dealing with Audi London (SQ5 x 2, Q7, Q8, A3), and we have been 100% satisfied with the vehicles & the dealership experience on every occasion. This most recent purchase was completely seamless & efficient, & Faye was a great help every step of the way. She answered my constant barrage of questions quickly, & the vehicle delivery was fast and efficient. Both Faye & Tony Leung (the general manager) helped get me in this new vehicle quickly & ahead of my original order timeline. So far I absolutely love the electric vehicle. The financial details were extremely fair & transparent, & Audi London offered a very generous trade-in on my previous lease an included a few additional value-adds. All-in-all, we were once again completely satisfied with the vehicle & the purchase process, & will definitely go back once my wife's Q7 is due for replacement. More

I have just leased a 2022 Audi Q7. These are my impressions about the entire process: 1. The dealership: State of the art facility, extremely clean, modern, and architecturally beautiful. 2. The customer service: Professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. 3. The car: Beyond expectations!! Does it sound good? Not enough. In reality is much more than that. We visited the dealership for the first time just to take a look at the cars in the showroom. We did not have an appointment as required in these pandemic times, however, the receptionist asked Craig Whitters, one of the Audi Brand Specialists to assist us. Craig showed us around and politely answered all our questions. We ended up testing a vehicle that same day. After the decision of leasing an Audi was made, we went through the entire process with Bernie Wong. He was thorough, patient, professional, and kindly answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend him if you decide to purchase and Audi. Dealing with Andrew Rodgers (business manager) was also straightforward and comfortable. We did not feel any pressure to accept the protection packages that are usually offered. Although most of the leasing process was done with Bernie and Andrew, other members of the team were also helpful and very friendly. I would like to mention Bora Saroeun whose demo car we tested in couple of occasions, Faye Wang, who was very attentive to the entire process, and Tony Leung. In general, this is likely my most rewarding experience purchasing a car. I have even been already contacted to arrange my car service which is supposed to happen ……in a year!!!! I definitely recommend Audi London. FIVE STARS GUYS!!! More

Audi London was very professional and friendly throughout the whole buying process. It started with Bora, who was awesome! Very accommodating and easy to talk to. I can't say enough good things about the team at Audi London! From my initial meeting with Bora to my later conversations with Faye, I walked away the proud new owner of a vehicle while feeling like I wa London! From my initial meeting with Bora to my later conversations with Faye, I walked away the proud new owner of a vehicle while feeling like I was treated fairly, respectfully, and in a transparent manner throughout the entire process. Bora took the time to walk me through the features of the vehicle I was interested in, as well as tagged along on the test drive. He has an abundance of patience, deep knowledge of the vehicles, and impeccable bedside manner. Even though I wasn't his only client, I often felt like I was. It was a joy to work with Bora, and I can't recommend his services enough. Faye was also a pleasure to deal with. She was transparent and easy to talk to during our negotiations. I thought she was fair and upfront with me during our negotiations, which I appreciate. At the end of the day, buying a vehicle is such an emotional process - the folks you meet and interact with through that process go a long way to affecting your perception of it, the vehicle, and the brand at large. I highly recommend Audi London. By the way, they also followed all COVID processes, so I also felt safe the entire time. More
