Service good, but disappointed as to why the issue happened or how it could have been prevented. Found out gaskets are not covered under warranty and they did not have any loaners available. I asked i happened or how it could have been prevented. Found out gaskets are not covered under warranty and they did not have any loaners available. I asked if the same issue could happen to my 2019 Equinox and was told no idea. The same time the 2017 was in service we got a call from sales to get us to trade it in. Never heard again from them. I have already filled out one survey and never heard from dealer. Doubt I will hear concerning this. $2500 for car $900 for rental More

Faith was Great, I didn’t see Aaron in the pull-down but He was great too, the upper echelons were difficult (We don’t know your bank (in California) my CU wasn’t all that accommodating either but again no He was great too, the upper echelons were difficult (We don’t know your bank (in California) my CU wasn’t all that accommodating either but again not the front liners, more of the upper eschelons, they finance offered a CU in town, and I said I’d entertain an offer but when it was 3% over my quote, yes I said no !!! Well that’s finance, being finance. All in all, Not that bad !!! More

Faith was absolutely amazing and such great help. She is honest and very helpful and I’m extremely grateful to have her for this experience!
