Your service has been much better in the past. Your service rep doesn't fully explain the problem and is very non-communicative. I was doubting if he knew mechanics at all. I recommend you send him to "customer service training." My car is fixed so your mechanical service people are very good. I've bought at least 4 Chevys from Joseph Chevrolet and for the first time in years, I considered going to look at other dealerships for my next car which I will be purchasing soon. More

Check in fast. Saw my vehicle being taken to rack as we spoke at check-in Vehicle ready in one hour as said. Coffee in waiting room. Cookies upon paying. The sales department at Joseph Chevrolet went above and beyond to get me into a new 2024 Chevrolet Trax 2RS. I definitely recommend the new Trax.
