ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS. DO NOT TRUST THEM. If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I had the most disgusting, unprofessional, and fraudulent experience at Ric DO NOT TRUST THEM. If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I had the most disgusting, unprofessional, and fraudulent experience at Richmond Chrysler. We came in looking to purchase a vehicle, and we were met with nothing but lies and high-pressure tactics from their staff—specifically Paris from Finance, Shakir the manager. We were shown a couple of cars but did NOT sign any purchase agreement or contract. There was no paperwork signed on our end. Because they insisted, we gave a $1,000 deposit to hold a vehicle. Before we handed over the money, Paris, Shakir, and Eric all explicitly told us that if things didn’t work out, we would get our full deposit back, no questions asked. They promised it was “refundable.” We decided not to purchase a vehicle from them. When we went back to simply collect our $1,000, these people turned into absolute snakes. They refused to return our money. They are now holding $1,000 of our hard-earned money hostage despite the fact that we never signed an agreement, and despite the fact that they made a verbal promise to refund us. These people are dishonest liars. They will say anything to get your money and then change their story the second you try to hold them accountable. Shakir (Manager), Paris (Finance) have zero integrity. Do not trust a single word that comes out of their mouths. We have given them the chance to do the right thing. If the do not refund our money by Monday, march 23, 2026. We are filing a formal complaint with the VSA (vehicle sales authority) immediately. We are also warning everyone we know to stay away from this dishonest dealership. If you value your time and your money, stay far away from Richmond Chrysler. We will also be filing complaints with the BBB, Consumer Protection, and seeking legal action to get our money back from these thieves. More

Service and parts not talking. Parts ordered from service, no records at parts. Released vehicle after software upgrade but system left in German, I am English speaking. Bought a new 2025 Ram 1500 at Go Richmond Chrysler. The first night home truck would not start and was towed back to dealership. I purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer from Go Richmond Chrysler on May 30. Less than 24 hours after driving off the lot, the check engine light came on. Diagnostic testing later confirmed that the same fault codes—related to the EVAP system and transmission—had already appeared on May 23 and May 27, before the sale. Just 20 days into ownership, the vehicle completely broke down. It now requires a full transmission replacement due to burnt transmission fluid. I’ve already had to pay out of pocket for diagnostics, towing, and alternate transportation—all within three weeks of buying the vehicle. To make matters worse, I was only told after the sale that the engine had previously been replaced—a major repair that was never disclosed to me beforehand. That’s a serious omission that impacts the vehicle’s value, reliability, and future resale. While the dealership has communicated with me, they refuse to reverse the deal. Instead, they’ve told me to go through the extended warranty to cover the transmission. That leaves me stuck with a vehicle that now has two major repair histories—an engine replacement and a soon-to-be transmission replacement—which I’ll be forced to disclose if I ever try to resell. This has been an incredibly frustrating and costly experience. I expected honesty and accountability from a dealership, but what I got was a vehicle with known pre-sale issues, undisclosed major repairs, and no real support. I would absolutely not recommend Go Richmond Chrysler. More
