That car was the result of an achievement of mine and I was devastated to learn that my insurance company was going to total it out. I had to scramble to get a new car, and to make a long story short, I got hooked up with Erin and she was responsive to my contacts and my needs. I'm in the business and I know a great communicator and sales woman when I see one. She's wonderful and I'm sure she is a high value to the store she works for.
