Heritage Honda Parkville was able to deliver where others were not. When we arrived at the dealership, Erin Natzke and Keane, the sales manager, had the cars we were interested in pulled up and ready to test were not. When we arrived at the dealership, Erin Natzke and Keane, the sales manager, had the cars we were interested in pulled up and ready to test drive. They were attentive to our needs and even stayed after hours to be sure we got the car we wanted. After a less than stellar experience at another store, Erin and Keane were able to turn everything around and remind us what a great experience is like. Thank you for helping us find our new car! We will be back!! More
