I would like to say how Awesome Erin Natzke is!!!! She was such a HUGE help to me when I was purchasing my car!!!!! I explained what I wanted and she delivered! I got everything I wanted and walked away v was such a HUGE help to me when I was purchasing my car!!!!! I explained what I wanted and she delivered! I called Heritage Jeep and talked with my former sale person that I purchased a Jeep few years ago. I told Mr. Brian P that I was interested in buying a Honda Civic. He told me that Ms. Erin will be conn person that I purchased a Jeep few years ago. I told Mr. Brian P that I was interested in buying a Honda Civic. He told me that Ms. Erin will be connecting me. Less than 10 minutes, I received a phone called from Ms. Erin Natzke about my plans. I told her that I was looking for 2020 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback. She informed me that they have the vehicle that I was looking for. I stopped by Heritage Honda and met with Ms. Erin; she demonstrated great customer service skills and she assisted with the process of getting me into this vehicle. Purchased a car from them and nothing but problems This place never calls back. Left several messages and sent several emails and they NEVER call us back. They sold me a car that they masked the smell This place never calls back. Left several messages and sent several emails and they NEVER call us back. They sold me a car that they masked the smell of smoke in and since I am allergic, it is nearly impossible for me to even drive it, my son also has asthma and is can't even be in the car, there is something wrong with the transmission and it is running like crap and they will not return any calls or emails. Terri has been rude and ignored us from the first time we called. Which was two days after I purchased the car. Erin and Sam have been super nice and trying to get us help and have someone call us back, but no one ever does. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. More
