If I could give Corry 10 stars I would. He was absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable. I came in after being in a horrible accident (a Toyota saved my life) and he instantly made me feel comfortable amazing and extremely knowledgeable. I came in after being in a horrible accident (a Toyota saved my life) and he instantly made me feel comfortable with buying a used car. He made sure that it had a high safety rating and that I would be comfortable driving it. Thank you SO much Corry. You were fantastic and ill make sure to recommend everyone to you. duped by Ed Martin What was stated and what was in the contract were two very different things. I came to trade-in my car, and lease a new one. They told me to clean out What was stated and what was in the contract were two very different things. I came to trade-in my car, and lease a new one. They told me to clean out my old car and "ground it," only to find out two months later I still owned the car and owed $3600 to pay it off!! Cannot for the life of me understand WHY they would tell me to turn it in, "if it wasn't ever part of the deal," and deprive me of the opportunity to sell it on my own or keep it. Or at least admit the 25 minutes they claimed to be looking for the payoff was bogus, as the president of the company confirmed no payoff was ever acquired. If you want direct, straightforward and honest, skip EM Toyota. Back to TOM WOOD for me. More

I am simply amazed at how easy and enjoyable it was buying my new car from Ed Martin! My salesperson Deb contacted me several times to find my interest in styles, then sent me videos showing some sugg buying my new car from Ed Martin! My salesperson Deb contacted me several times to find my interest in styles, then sent me videos showing some suggestions. When I arrived at the dealership, Deb had everything ready for my test drive, and the paperwork portion was fast and efficient thanks to Sam. All in all, there was zero pressure and maximum enjoyment with the whole buying experience!!!! I will definitely make Ed Martin my go-to stop for new cars!!!! More

Our Salesman Michael Ball, was awesome & phenomenal. He demonstrated professionalism & genuine kindness in our search for the right first vehicle for our 16yr old daughter. The personal video he took of th demonstrated professionalism & genuine kindness in our search for the right first vehicle for our 16yr old daughter. The personal video he took of the vehicle “in the cold rain” demonstrates his dedication & commitment to new customers. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the tire pressure sensor light came on when we drove the car home not even a mile from the dealership. My husband put air in the tires & reset the tire pressure sensor. Praying that fixed the problem! More
