In full transparency, I did not end up purchasing an vehicle from Ed Martin Toyota but I would not hesitate to do so in the future. The first time I visited was several months before I planned in purchasing a vehicle. We were clear about that up front. Neal was fantastic and spent time with my wife and I casually inquiring about what we were looking for and walked us around the lot. No high-pressure sales, which we greatly appreciated. That is why when I was ready to purchase a new truck, I reached out to Neal, who quickly replied. Ed Martin was the only dealer I reached out to. I was looking for a very specific vehicle/specific features. Again, Neal was great in talking me through potential options. I had also been looking online, just to see what was available. Unfortunately, the supply of trucks was limited everywhere and the specific combination of what I wanted was even more limited. The trucks that did meet my requirements were flying off the lot, everywhere. Neal had called me to follow-up, again no pressure tactics, and let me know he had a truck that matched most of my requirements due in to the lot in about a week. I had arranged to drive up but before it arrived I had another truck that met all of my requirements fall in my lap. Given how quickly the trucks had been moving, I jumped on the opportunity. Ed Martin Toyota and Neal will be the first place I go when I’m ready to purchase another vehicle. More
