Eric is a 5star service rep in a dealership that seems to care more about their bottom line than the beat fit for the individual customer. I wouldn't go back to this dealership for another purchase and will care more about their bottom line than the beat fit for the individual customer. I when in for my tire rotation was surprised the reception was closed at the express service building,but when to the main & got in line. After leaving my car with Eric I when for a walk & when my reception was closed at the express service building,but when to the main & got in line. After leaving my car with Eric I when for a walk & when my car was ready he text me. He remembered not to put it thru the car wash as I requested so happy about that. All in all the service was excellent as usual😊 More

Mostly, I found it okay. The free Uber was nice but the "diagnostic fee" is a burn. The mechanic must have ate lunch in my car because there were French Fry crumbs all over t The free Uber was nice but the "diagnostic fee" is a burn. The mechanic must have ate lunch in my car because there were French Fry crumbs all over the driver side floor. Service was prompt and seemed okay. There was redundant billing where I was charged twice for the "diagnostic fee" but Eric caught it and backed the 2nd occurrence it out of the bill. More
