Every request he accommodated without issue and he was more than understanding when my toddler pushed every button and turned every knob as Eric explained the vehicle to me. Eric walked me through every step of the process and made my entire family feel valued and taken care of. Even with the purchase was complete, Eric still goes above and beyond from answering questions to coordinating service. While I hope I do not have a need for another new vehicle near term, I would gladly make the 120+ mile drive (one way!) to work with Eric at Falcone Subaru again. More
