I walked into the wrong side of the building, the team stopped what they were doing, and personally escorted directly to the company rep that I neede I walked into the wrong side of the building, the team stopped what they were doing, and personally escorted directly to the company rep that I needed to speak with. Very professional and pleasant team. The company rep that scheduled our meeting, helped adjust the scheduling last minute that morning, and gave me arguably the most detailed walkthrough of the vehicle that I was picking up - including setting my phone up and connecting it the vehicle for me. She made my morning, and that kind of service isn't so common nowadays. Just wanted to say thanks Betsy! More
