i've had my acura for three years and have done all my servicing at rallye. i usually deal with chad and enza. my car has extremely low mileage and chad has worked with me to customize a program to keep servicing at rallye. i usually deal with chad and enza. my car has extremely low mileage and chad has worked with me to customize a program to keep it in optimal running order and has never pushed me to do any service that wasn't necessary. enza has taken time on several occasions to address concerns that i had about my vehicle and questions regarding its warrantee. i find each of them to be pleasant and capable of taking care of business. i would not be surprised by any high level of success that either would reach in his or her career. I have been dealing with Chad Tammaro & Enza Comita now for almost 7 years and they never fail to deliver a first class experience. Chad is always very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. It i now for almost 7 years and they never fail to deliver a first class experience. Chad is always very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. It is very refreshing to deal with someone like this. He is always very accommodating whether it be a loaner car or a "bring it in and we'll take care of it while you wait". Bottom line is he goes the extra mile. Enza always follows up with a call to make sure everything was perfect and that I was satisfied. She is one of the most pleasant and personable people you will meet. It was my pleasure to write this review for them. More

Ralley Acura Dealership has given my husband and me good service. It is wonderful to deal with Enza, prior to making an appointment. She guides one well and is ever so friendly. Mr. Grant is knowledgable and friendly, in a quiet assuring way. Now that I am a widow, I feel that I am not being taking advantage of and would not be guided into doing work that is not necessary. The waiting area is comfortable and all the people nice. Your prices are much higher than other places, but most dealerships charge more. If I can afford the charge, then you are well worth it. More

As a new Acura owner I was so impressed with the service and courtesy extended to me by Enza Comito and everyone else at the service center! Things ran like clockwork from the moment I arrived to when I lef and courtesy extended to me by Enza Comito and everyone else at the service center! Things ran like clockwork from the moment I arrived to when I left. They made what used to be such an unpleasant experience easy! I feel reassured that my car is being evaluated by a trustworthy team of mechanics. My sister and husband have 4 Acuras (they've owned them for years) and based on their recommendation, I bought my car at their dealer - Curry Acura in Westchester. It was thoroughly happy with Curry and that reliability and satisfaction have carried through to Rallye Acura as well! I am forward to more years of car ownership with Rallye! More

Every time I bring my MDX in for service, I am greeted warmly by Enza, who inquires about my daughter-in-law (also a Rallye service customer) and my grandchildren. I have never before encountered such friendliness, honesty and efficiency all housed in such a cheerful contemporary setting.I have purchased a 1990 Legend,'96 RL and an '05 RL at this dealership. I just placed an order for the 2012 RL which I hope to have by yearend. Upon entering the Service area, my wife and I invariably get a kiss and hug from Enza Comito and a friendly smile and handshake from Mike Denfeld, followed by a personal chat when time allows.My wife and I don't just transact business here:we have a genuine, warm relationship and look forward to each visit when service is needwed.
