This is positively the best service department I have ever been too! Chad and Enza are 2 of the nicest people I have ever met. You should be proud to have such wonderful employees as them. Everytime I go to Rallye Acura I am Met by Enza Comito who I have Good Relationship with. I always deal with her and Mike Denfeld. Enza is always Very Professioanl Pleasant and Accommodating. Mike Denfeld who I have Good Relationship with. I always deal with her and Mike Denfeld. Enza is always Very Professioanl Pleasant and Accommodating. Mike Denfeld is the most Knowledgeable person I have ever met when it comes to cars. I am always learning something New everytime I speak with him. He is Honest,Upfront and always makes sure that the car is in top condition when I get it back. I have never got stuck on the road when I have had it serviced. I Trust Mike Explictly when it comes to my Acura TL. If Mike informs me that there is something that needs to be done with the car I do not question him I tell him do whatever work needs to be done to make the car run in tip top condition. When I leave Mike always tells me if there are any problems,concerns or questions with the work that has been performed to please call him. Excellent service every time I visit, every person I have dealt with has been very prompt, courteous and efficient. Chad was a professional. He was an excellent listener and addressed all the concerns I had regarding the vehicle. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I have dealt with all the service representatives and addressed all the concerns I had regarding the vehicle. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I have dealt with all the service representatives in the past and he is clearly the best one you have. He is one of the main reasons we come back. I would rate him 10 out of 10. Enza was also very attentive and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dealership comment - Pricing / Coupon. I have been a long time customer with Rally. Obviously dealership pricing is more expensive than local shops. I expect that and am fine with paying a little extra for quality service. Historically, we have received coupons for service work, but for some reason we stopped receiving them. These coupons are important to closing the pricing gap that keep us coming back. I would appreciate if someone could add us back to the coupon list or make a note on my account to offer similar coupon discounts as in the past. Thank you for your consideration.
