Always feel like I’m being told I need some service that’s unnecessary. Rusty brake rotors are not a reason to replace the rotors. Loss of credibility means having to decide on recommendations, whether that’s unnecessary. Rusty brake rotors are not a reason to replace the rotors. Being the only game in town adds even more responsibility to create trust. $40 for an air filter is pretty ridiculous. $20 to install?!! Was waiting to get call that vehicle was ready but did not receive until too late in day to arrange a ride to pick it up. More

Terrible customer service and poor communication. My truck was there for 3 days and I never received an estimate of the work they were performing. When I called and asked for an estimate to be emaile My truck was there for 3 days and I never received an estimate of the work they were performing. When I called and asked for an estimate to be emailed to me I was told they didn’t have an estimate to provide me. However, they had already ordered parts and gave me an obnoxious quote over the phone. During the 3 days that my truck was there I talked to Nicole Ferland, the ASSistant service manager numerous times and she could never tell me what the actual problem was with my truck. Finally when I did pick up my truck I was shocked to find on my invoice that the cause of my problem was from mice! Never once did Nicole mention to me on the phone that mice nested under my hood and caused the alleged problem. I feel that the “7 hours diagnostic labor” I was charged my have been stretched further than what they claim it actually took them especially since the actual repair when the parts arrived took them less than 30 minutes. I will not return to this business for service again. More
