Convenient, and we like our service advisor, Angel Otero. Sometimes we don't get feedback on all our concerns. For instance, this last time I saw no indication on the bill that our AC filter was changed alt Sometimes we don't get feedback on all our concerns. In the past we've also asked that our splash guard be resecured when we've brought the car in for more substantive servicing. That being said, however, for solving bigger issues Angel is very good.
