The service agent was borderline rude, she did not have car ready when promised and mechanic was working on another clients car when my car should have been ready to go. I spent 200$ on diagnostics and fel car ready when promised and mechanic was working on another clients car when my car should have been ready to go. I spent 200$ on diagnostics and felt I was treated poorly when I chose not to have the 900$ repair. More
