Went out for a Drive and Got a New Ride! Was just out for a ride and stopped into the Dealership, just to check out the New 2018 Toyota. First person I saw on the lot I asked If they had any White/Silver Rav4. With out hesitation he answered 6 on the lot one in the Showroom. My reply was I would like to see them all. Gary Fields the salesman said lets look at the one in the Showroom first so I can get the keys for the rest. While I was looking over the one in the showroom , Gary was listening to what I was wanting in Trim packages, Tire sizes and so forth. This narrowed the 6 down to just 2. Gary presented the differences between the 2 vehicles in a very clear way and I made the choice. This makes my fourth Toyota the last three have been Rav4s. Tyler Brock (Sales Consultant) and Elvis David (New Car Manager) were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They spent a lot of time explaining the vehicle features in detail and showed me how to use. Dana Arnold (Finance Manager) was great for explaining the numbers and processing the paperwork. He checked the next day to make sure we were happy and all in all the whole thing only took a little over an hour. No running back and forth to the manager to be talked into a higher payment. A real breath of fresh air. More
