My initial contact was with Mr. Scott (Elvis) Davis via a web inquiry about a 2011 Avalon. Following our continued dialog, we scheduled an appointment for the following day. My schedule changed and I called Mr. Davis requesting an earlier appointment, doing basically a drive by even changing the exact car we had previously discussed. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I was greeted at the door. Mr. Davis’ professionalism and courtesy was welcoming to say the least. Unknown to me, Mr. Davis was the sales manager and he introduced me to my salesman Mr. Robert Waller. I cannot say enough about Robert and his commitment to ensuring that I got the vehicle of my choice and was satisfied that I had purchased from the right dealership. He walked me through the process from A-Z . it was welcome and pleasant experience, most car purchases I leave filling like I’ve been maneuvered into the purchase. We'd never bought a new car before dealing with Glenn, and it was a great experience. They seem to know that they can draw business from Louisville (where we live) and Lexington if they treat people well. and it was a great experience. He gave us all the details we asked for, including price with fees/taxes and a PDF of the window sticker. On the day we picked up the car, we dealt with Jerry, who was very personable and patient with us as we handled our two young kids. There were some details of the financing that were unfamiliar to us since we were rookies, but we'll certainly be buying from Glenn again. More

I drove over 100 miles round trip to buy a Toyota Highlander from Glenn Toyota because of their very friendly and helpful employees. I asked for Elvis because my son highly recommended him. The first was to put on some paint protection and the second was for routine maintenance. They are very courteous and got the work promptly. Today I just bought a used Highlander from Glenn Toyota. The reason I am writing this review is this was by far the most pleasant quickest car buying experience I have ever had. After having dealt with the guys on Nicholasville Road and NOT exactly liking the treatment I went through there, made me a bit unsure if I wanted to "jump back into the fire", but I thought what the heck and NOT exactly liking the treatment I went through there, made me a bit unsure if I wanted to "jump back into the fire", but I thought what the heck, one more try. I was amazed that this dealer understood that since I had NEVER owned a Toyota, if this experience went "South", I might never again consider this maufacturer. I am more than glad I tried once more and the vehicle made me glad I persisted in trading for a Camry, now I do understand why so many have made the change to Toyota from GM, Ford and Chrysler. More
