Josh Bruce and Frankfort Toyota made Car Shopping Fun. Me and my wife both had to turn our leases in and find two cars by the end of the year. Toyota wasn't even under consideration at the time. We drove Me and my wife both had to turn our leases in and find two cars by the end of the year. Toyota wasn't even under consideration at the time. We drove by Frankfort Toyota late Saturday afternoon, 2 days before Christmas. It was cold in raining and we had to get to a family get together so we didn't have time to look at vehicles but my wife like the Highlander and I liked the Camry. We came back 1st thing Tuesday, the day after Christmas and I'm glad we did. Josh Bruce was such a pleasure to work with and did make car shopping fun. We had been looking and working with several salesman over the prior week and none of them made us feel as comfortable as Bruce. He was there to answer all of our questions and did not push us to make a decision. We did not buy that day but understood that we were making a big ticket purchase and wanted us to take our time and made sure we made the correct decision. Josh was there the next few days and answered a lot of our questions and checked in on us through text several times a day to answer our questions, not only about possible cars to purchase from him, but questions regarding other cars. My wife purchased a Highlander and I went another route and bought a different vehicle from another lot and Bruce was even supportive of that decision and said he just wanted to make sure I got the vehicle I was happy with. Me and my wife highly recommend Frankfort Toyota and Josh and I'm sure we will be buying from him again. Josh will be my first recommendation from now on when someone asks me who I would recommend. It is really great knowing I can recommend and send friends and family to someone who will take care of them and ensure they find their perfect vehicle even it it's not from their dealership. More
