Went in and was shocked that we weren't swooped in on like vultures to prey! They respected our space! We spoke with our sales person, Eden. She was extremely knowledgable and wasn't pushy at all. She set us up with a great truck and a great deal. The finance department even made the experience fun, thanks Yemi. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good vehicle at a great price. More

Sales and customer service I just bought a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Eco diesel from great west Chrysler, I had mixed feelings when I went there to buy my truck , they had a great fea I just bought a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Eco diesel from great west Chrysler, I had mixed feelings when I went there to buy my truck , they had a great feat trying too find me what I was looking for . It took them a lot of searching but they were successful in getting me my truck . After I took ownership of my truck it had some small issues but after speaking with my sales lady Eden and the service manager they got the truck in and had the issues solved right away . Thanks to them I am a happy costumer and enjoying my Eco diesel. More

Find countless vehicles that look like what you are looking at, email the So his is what purchasing a car using the internet as a resource is like. Find countless vehicles that look like what you are looking at, email the dealers, hear back really quickly that yes the vehicle is still available and asking you to come by and see it. You book some time slots and are always told the vehicle will be ready for you when you get here. Then you spend a couple of weekends going to all the dealers who have the car in stock that they show on their site all ready for you to test drive. Of course, expect that at least 75% of the vehicles will be "sold" and delivered even within hours of being told it is available. Thankfully they always have several more just like it for you to look at. If they do happen to have the one in stock that you inquired on "ready for you to test drive" is code language for out in the back 40 stuck in a corner somewhere. Then you stumble on an ad from Great West Chrysler, Car looks interesting so you inquire. Not surprisingly you hear back quickly...This time from a sales person by the name of Eden....but something seems different, not only does the reply seem genuine but it is not chalk full of spelling errors and answers your questions in a super cohesive professional manner. So...You book an appointment and she confirms back saying the vehicle will be ready when you get there. You show up half an hour early and there it is, parked in front of the showroom, ready to go. Ok...something is really different here.......Eden actually did exactly what she said she would do....Then off for a test drive with her.....Again super professional, not only did she know the vehicle inside and out but rather than spend an hour telling me everything about the vehicle she asked me what was important to me and then took the time to go over the features of the vehicle that made a difference to me, not the ones that did not. Test drive done, Vehicle exactly as described on the internet, presented in a way by Eden that tells me she has either received a ton of training or is naturally gifted when it comes to communication. Purchased the vehicle, took it home and all is well. Bottom line, if you are looking for a professional dealership, a first class environment to purchase a vehicle in and prefer to deal with a world class sales rep, then Contact Eden at Great West, you will not be disappointed. More

Eden was very courteous and pr I just concluded my purchase of a 2015 Ram 2500 Laramie Blackout. My sales person was a lovely lady named Eden Donahue. Eden was very courteous and prompt. I told her what I wanted and she found it for me and arranged the test drive. The truck is a real eye popper and she went above and beyond to get the extras I requested installed as well as the protection package I selected in a timely manner. I would also like to mention Rob Blackmore in Customer finance for making the purchase agreement easy and seamless. Rob was very helpful with insurance, finance and warranty information and was always there with a smiling face and good answer when I asked all my questions. When my wife is ready to purchase a new SUV we will definitely take our business to Great West.Thanks to the Great West team for making my purchase a pleasureable and happy experience...Brian C.
