Arrived at 1:45 and drove a new Caravan Home at 5:20 We were amazed at how quick and easy the purchase went from start to finish. We selected the make and model, picked the colour, checked the vehicle over, completed the paper work and drove our new Dodge Caravan home that night around 5:20 The excellent customer service started with sales, worked its way through financing and completed with Eden making sure we were totally satisfied. Eden was able to get it detailed and ready for us to pick up by 5:00pm. It was great to work with a team that focuses on the importance of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Best Dealership Experience I've had. Highly recommend! I was interested in a 2014 Explorer that they had on the lot. Since I am somewhat adverse to dealing with most typical Car Sales People. I inquired at the Part Dept as to who they would recommend I deal with. I was introduced to Eden. She was great, very friendly, no pressure, good sense of humor. She was a pleasure to deal with through the entire deal. I was able to deal with Chris the Manager as well during some of the negotiation. I walked away very happy with the price on the car. I also dealt with Sal in Finance (he's not listed on the employee list, hopefully he gets credit for this sale as well). Also dealt with Jim in finance. Everyone was great. Do not hesitate to shop at the dealer. I will also recommend any friends and family to at least come by for a look when in the market for a new car. 2 thumbs up for everyone. Thanks, Jason D. More

She had this sheet emailed to us within minutes. We then phoned in and went into the dealership. The truck was in front of the dealership ready for a test drive. When we went inside we met with Andy, he showed us the truck and was ready with all our questions, and at our request showed us other trucks that met our criteria. He didn't try to sell us something we weren't looking for. Even after we picked up the truck we had a question and Andy was more than happy to help us. Registration of the truck was done by Phil in finance. I definitely would recommend this dealership. More

She chose the vehicles she felt would give me most value for my money and never tried to "upsell" me or steer me away to anything different. Mike made financing so easy and assisted me with information I needed for insurance and registration. I was very well taken of with coffee, lunch, friendly staff and honest service. I picked up my new vehicle yesterday and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I will definitely return in the future ! More

My only complaint is that when I picked up my truck the interior was dirty and I had to clean it when I got home. There was mud/clay on the drivers side interior roof handle as well as the steering wheel and door. This was a little disappointing given that I was picking up a brand new vehicle. I hope that the quality of work at their service department is superior to that of the detailing service I received. More
