To be honest, I was already exhausted from some typical sales antics used at dealerships I had visited before this one. Eden was different. She listened to what I wanted and didn't try to offer me something outside of my budget. I truly cannot say enough about what a great experience I had not only with the dealership, but with Eden personally. It was refreshing to deal with a person who was so straight forward with what she could offer and what she couldn't. She was honest, attentive, and motivated. Finally Got It I had been looking for a new truck for the last three year and my old truck was starting to fail. I couldn't afford a new truck at the time, but was d I had been looking for a new truck for the last three year and my old truck was starting to fail. I couldn't afford a new truck at the time, but was doing my research on what I wanted in a new truck. Well it got to the point where my mechanic said I'm oil change to oil change. I looked all around the city called every dealership, gave them all the same spec of the truck I wanted. So I waited to see which dealership was going to give me the best deal. Not only a good price, but was looking for what one dealership would do over another. No other dealership was interested getting me the exact truck I was looking for and were always trying to push something on the lot which I didn't really want. In the end Great West was able to factory order the exact truck I was looking for and at the price that fit my budget. It did however take 9 months longer than expected (manufacturing issues leading to a change in model year and price), but they come thru in the end. I'm very happy with the service I received in the end. More

When I showed up, she already had a Cherokee out front waiting that had all the options I wanted and none that I disliked, even though we hadn't talked about that yet. Super friendly and easy to deal with! When I came in to take it the following day, she was in the middle of dealing with another customer so Andy swapped my plates, ran me through a more in-depth description of the features and sent me on my way. I appreciated that Eden didn't drop her current customer to deal with me (I had shown up about half an hour early) and liked the seamlessness with which Andy took over. Mike was a pleasure to deal with when financing. He was a total dude - no BS and easy to get along with. More

I went and received awesome customer service by the wonderful Eden Donahue. She was helpful and was even able to show me a vehicle from another manufacturer, which I didn't end up liking. She suggested a Jeep Cherokee as she thought it would match with what I wanted, it did and was great from the time I picked it up. Since that time I have gone back to school and was looking to trade in my vehicle, I got a call from another dealership and had talked to them. After talking to them I thought back to how helpful Eden had been and decided to contact her to see if maybe she could help me out. She did an amazing job helping me. She was able to find the trade in vehicle I wanted (another Jeep Cherokee) and make the whole experience great. Eden also has great manager that do whatever they can to help you where they can. All in all I would recommend Great West Chrysler and the staff there (especially Eden) to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. They are friendly, helpful and provide awesome customer service. I just want to add a thank you to everyone that help me with my most recent purchase. More
