You could tell it was going to be great by how they took care of our hotel expenses and were very kind and friendly from when we walked in the door of the dealership. Eden made me feel as if she was sharing this experience with a best friend ( even though we did not know each other ) and it made this all the more enjoyable. Even working with Mike in Financing went smoothly. He did not try to pressure us into buying extra which is very helpful as that part can be very intimidating. I would HONESTLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking! Thank You! More

First Jeep purchase I really wasn't looking forward to getting a new SUV. The endless back and forth with sales people who are more concerned with their bottom line than I really wasn't looking forward to getting a new SUV. The endless back and forth with sales people who are more concerned with their bottom line than mine. That changed when I walked in to Great West. In fact my introduction to the dealership was on-line at first, I outlined what I was looking for including color, model and price. By the time I arrived two Jeeps where waiting in the parking lot for me to test drive. I would call that service. I did a trade in, and have to say that managers took their time to research and came back to me with what I felt was a fair price. Fingers crossed that I can look forward to the same level of professionalism and attention to detail once I start bringing my Jeep in for servicing. More

Best dealership I've dealt with I had been looking for and test driving cars for three months. After test driving two Mazda three's (different gens), a Hyundai accent, Elantra, sonta I had been looking for and test driving cars for three months. After test driving two Mazda three's (different gens), a Hyundai accent, Elantra, sontafa, and a 2.0L VW Jetta, and a Dodge dart. I quickly realized after my test drive in Red Deer that the Dodge Dart was by far the most fun standard I had driven in this class. Soon afterwards I went looking over Kijiji to try and find the best possible price, and Great West Chrysler had everyone else beat by several grand. I assumed that it had to have been a typo, so I called them to ask about the car, but to my surprise I wasn't! After talking with them over the phone I was so impressed that I decided to put a deposit down on the car and make an over two hour drive to see it. Once we got there we were able to take the car for a long test drive (Wich is a must), and text them questions as they arose. Once we got back they used low pressure sales tactics Wich I greatly appreciated. By the end of the night Eden had helped us write out an offer and two days later I was driving away in my brand new car! Over all Great West Chrysler was knowledgeable, easy to deal with, and had amazing prices on all there inventory. I will definitely be coming back again! More
