Mind blown I have a chronic illness. I’m addicted to buying new cars. This is the 6th new car I have purchased in 15 years! This is the only time I have never f I have a chronic illness. I’m addicted to buying new cars. This is the 6th new car I have purchased in 15 years! This is the only time I have never felt stupid or pressured. They somehow got me into the Jeep if my dreams with out me having to dicker. They were patient and understanding when I was being a crazy person. They were knowledgeable about the vehicle. They wanted to sell me a car with out ripping me off. Sal in finance was honest about what “extras” were worth it and which weren’t. I actually didn’t even plan on buying a car at all. I was doing research for a car I planned to buy in the next year or 2. I somehow left with a new vehicle with out feeling ripped off or like I had sold my soul. Eden and the entire team worked together, they were professional and they were really fun. I especially liked that the sales manager sat down with me and eden and she wasn’t running back and forth from the sales office. I spoke to Roy face to face and he worked with us. Very happy. I will be referring everyone I know and I will absolutely be returning (well maybe not because I found my forever true love jeep :) More

2018 Jeep Compass Sport 4x4 I had been researching vehicles for months and had gone to a few dealerships that left me feeling quite untrusting. I got in contact with Eden via th I had been researching vehicles for months and had gone to a few dealerships that left me feeling quite untrusting. I got in contact with Eden via the Internet and finally met with her on September 11 to place a factory order. She was accommodating and put up with my questions, suspicions and untrusting view point and gave me a relatively pain free experience. She was truly a pleasure to deal with. I picked up my Compass on October 16. The sales experience was stellar, and the financing guy, Mike Huffman, was amiable and fun to deal with. These two impressed me with their professionalism and friendly personalities. On pick up day, I was so excited, I didn’t really take the time to check out the vehicle. After getting it home I noted dust and dirt smudges on the interior, and smudged swirl marks on the glass (interior), along with smudges on the glass and paint on the exterior. The Compass could have definitely been better prepped for pick up. All in all, I had a terrific experience with Eden and Mike and the sales process and would definitely recommend them. The detailers, on the other hand, need to up their game to match up. More

After further consideration, I decided to opt out because I wanted to purchase a new truck instead. They didn't have the one I wanted, but managed to have it delivered from Calgary on very short notice as I was in a hurry to make the purchase before moving back to Toronto. Overall, they helped me out with every step of the way from finding a car to securing a loan with very little effort. They are great at what they do. More

This where we first came into contact with Eden Donahue, wonderful s the best way to describe her. What a joy to meet a professional, charming, knowledgeable and smart sales person. We never felt pushed or under pressure. Eden went out of her way to make sure we were informed and understood what we were buying. When the time came for the haggling we were sent to Bjorn the New car manager. It worked well and I love to haggle, at the end he took me for $200.00 more than I wanted to spend but what you gonna do. Once that was done we were back with Eden where we finished the deal. The vehicle was not to Eden's satisfaction so it was sent back to be cleaned and polished. I cannot remember the gentleman's name who did the final detailing but he was great. We are completely satisfied and happy with our 2017 Jeep Trailhawk. We would go back to Great West again in a blink. Well done and thank you very much. Dale and Holly Hycha More
