My sales reps were nice, understanding, somewhat informative. But it's the hindsight that bothers me. I let the process happen and that's on me, but lots of information was withheld from me during e informative. But it's the hindsight that bothers me. And then while speaking to someone about the issues I was cut off, talked over, and was being gas lit into thinking they didn't do anything wrong. After the financing the vehicle I was left to sit in a room for 45 minutes with no idea what was going on. After leaving that night I realized I left something insurance related in the trade in. I left multiple messages with multiple people about an issue and it was never addressed with me. I had to have someone call in my place to get any traction on resolving the situation over 7 hours later. As a first time new car buyer, I feel taken advantage of, but I also didn't know what to ask during the process. Take the review as you will, my story could be an outlier. But that's my experience. More
