It was very the most disappointing experience one could have on a car purchase. I was promised to have the first monthly payment reimbursed which I have already paid 4 and keep hearing from Sales person have on a car purchase. I was promised to have the first monthly payment reimbursed which I have already paid 4 and keep hearing from Sales person Aren Roberson and Customer Service Manager DeeDee that they are still pending general manager to sign the check. Such excuse would make sense on the first few weeks but after 3 months I can’t think they are nothing but a scam dealership where they promise anything on the sales process and will care less after you have the finance paperwork signed.
