Very disappointed in the entire dealership. What they
say and what they deliver is completely different. Felt as though they want to have you come in the door and will not put anything solid on paper an

Felt as though they want to have you come in the door and will not put anything solid on paper and they change things up when sitting at the finance department. They will promise you everything is ready to go (paperwork and the car is cleaned and is filled up) however they have not even processed your application and not even started the make ready on the car. Seems like no communication between the departments. When you walk-in is when they start to process your finance application after confirming to you that everything has been processed and ready to go even after numerous times of asking. Then they change numbers on you and blame you and act as though they are doing you a favor for selling you the car as well as do not value the customer or the customer's time. Not organized and do not have anything together and keep asking for things to be signed multiple times after the original paperwork is signed. This is the worst experience in buying a car from any dealership and not worthy of being called a Lexus Dealership for sure. All this when you are purchasing 2 cars from them at and flying in from out of town.

Well I still don't have my permanent plates of registration. Inhave communicated with the dealership multuple times and do not even get a response besides we will look into it. They had assured me that being the NUMBER 1 Lexis dealer in the country they sold to out of state clients all the time and new how to get things registered out of town. I have had to sign 2 documents weeks after the transaction and overnight one of them back after getting it notarized. Also no plates or registration which I have paid for already at the time of delivery. Not sure what I need to do. Perhaps a complaint into BBB and Lexus USA.

Having Dozer as my salesman was incredible. I don't think the deal could have been completed withhout him. He was relentless tracking down answers and following up with the different departments when they weren't being responsive. My schedule was very tight, and Dozer responded to me at all hours. A definite asset to your company. I would work with him again in a heartbeat.

Dealt with Dozer, who had a family emergency, which politely excused himself, but assigned Edgar to help me. 10 days later, I am still waiting for help. Called the dealer, asked for a sales manager, 9 minutes on hold, Yeap…. I am still waiting for someone to answer the phone. Thank goodness they are not the only dealer out there. Don’t go to Lexus of Pembroke Pines in Florida.
