Mr Douglas has excellent customer service he cares about his customers. and as for Toyota dealership excellent service. They care about their customers they always number one they're always on time as for w his customers. and as for Toyota dealership excellent service. Toyota give you a link that you can keep track of your vehicles whatever repairs are being made on them I think Toyota is number one I appreciate all of them meaning employees. We have used Toyota of Lancaster in the past but stopped using them because we noticed our undercarriage cover was busted after we picked it up after service. We ended up going back for tires and when we go using them because we noticed our undercarriage cover was busted after we picked it up after service. We ended up going back for tires and when we got it back one of the hubcaps was not affixed properly . This last time we took it in, they informed us at the end of the day when everyone was gone that our brakes had less than 1 mm life left and it’s dangerous to drive. They also said they found a nail in the passenger seat tire and didn’t bother replacing it even with our warranty that they definitely knew about. Horrible service. Horrible. More
