I've always had excellent results with your service department - sales, not so much. There was another individual besides Donovan involved in the servicing yesterday - Matthew Samuelson (not on the lis department - sales, not so much. There was another individual besides Donovan involved in the servicing yesterday - Matthew Samuelson (not on the list below) - with whom I did not speak. I'm investigating the next steps for the recommended additional work but appreciate the savings on the oil/filter change and the thoroughness of the multi-point inspection. Also, thanks for checking the lug nuts! More
