I chose the one I wanted and came back the next day with the necessar RAV4 and helped me find one that fit my needs without pressuring me in any way. We usually spend about a half day of painful negotiations and paperwork. With Donavan's help and Sam and Dennis handling the paperwork, we were done in less than 2 hours.
