The customer service experience aspect of things are definitely a rating 1. I would not recommend Hendrick Ram if you are looking for well communication from sales, finances and management team. They wi definitely a rating 1. I would not recommend Hendrick Ram if you are looking for well communication from sales, finances and management team. They will hound you down to get you in a car but when you have questions or concerns they are always busy or keep you waiting for hours. I have not been able to reach anyone from finance since getting my loan. This is definitely ridiculous! The sales agent Angel definitely was professional and helped get me into a car but other than that I would not have gone nor will I go back! More
