They don’t make it all about the money, they make it about customer satisfaction. Although there were some bumps in the road this location made sure I was satisfied from the beginning to end! AND IM VERY PICKY! If you want a car ask for BRADY! He really enjoys his job and is a hard worker. McDaniel and Mark in finance were also helpful during this process. Mark really took his time explaining everything in the contract to me before selling the vehicle. You can tell he has a good heart as well. The buying process lacked integrity. Your sales team told me that I had to buy Kahu because it was already installed on the car. It was not installed on the car! You installed the wrong battery and my son al me that I had to buy Kahu because it was already installed on the car. It was not installed on the car! You installed the wrong battery and my son almost got killed on the highway because the car broke down driving home from the dealership. You didn’t do the emissions test so I still don’t have my tags. Nico was nice, but your managers lack integrity and that is a reflection on your business. I’ve told lots of people about my experience and will continue to do so. More

Terrible Experience We purchased a used car. They did not complete the paperwork correctly and asked us to come back in several days later. Instead we had them come to We purchased a used car. Instead we had them come to our home....which ended up being 3 visits for signatures to complete the paperwork. They obviously don't know what they are doing. In addition we were lied to about Kahu. I spoke two managers about this who said they would get back to me...they did not call me back. Terrible service, very uprofessional and do not know how to complete the transaction properly. Lastly our CPO car needs alignment and we only received one key. Bad experience from every angle. More
