Unbeatable experience! I had communicated with Patrick earlier in the day about the car I wanted to purchase and the vehicle I was trading in. Outstanding service I went into the west side lot with an appointment with Patrick. On my way to the Lot I was thinking the entire trip that it's gonna be a waste of time I went into the west side lot with an appointment with Patrick. On my way to the Lot I was thinking the entire trip that it's gonna be a waste of time he won't be able to help me. We arrived and Patrick and Donna made us feel at home, and after a couple of hours we ran into a roadblock. Patrick and Donna went above and beyond and worked together for 2 and half days and next thing I know we received a phone call with Patrick on the other end saying come on in and sign the paperwork and drive home your neused truck home! We are still on cloud 9 thanks to the determination of Patrick and Donna to get us a SUV. The two of them are awesome!! More
