Not Pushy at all Very easy to deal will, Patrick was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and gave me a great price for my trade in. Great experience made my daughters day!!!! I called and tony answered the phone. Told him what I was looking for. We set up time to come in. This was a surprise for my daughter ( being her firs I called and tony answered the phone. Told him what I was looking for. We set up time to come in. This was a surprise for my daughter ( being her first car) .I must say this was the best experience buying a vehicle I ever had. Tony even had a bow on the car waiting for us on the car after we signed the papers. No high pressure tactic's, which was a nice change from the stereotype of a used car dealership and its sales people. Patrick their sales manager was friendly and above all fair, at the end of our negotiations he came up with a fair deal that left both of us feeling happy. The trade in vehicle I presented them with was not the easiest to process and Patrick did his best to bring the final price in line with my expectations. Donna was extremely efficient in processing all the financial paper work and made sure I fully understood the sales contract, terms and conditions of the sale. She did a nice job working with my bank to ensure that interface went smoothly. I strongly recommend this dealership and its sales and financial team and certainly appreciated them making the entire process simple and easy.
