The richness of automobile types and styles on any car dealership lot is often wondrous, and scarry. Variations in price are mind-boggling, making the customer anxious over whether he has come to the right place, or can find a better place just around the corner. Charlie gently helped us over these fears, and hurdles. Very energetic and attentive, he spent three hours with both my wife and me. During that time he introduced us to one vehicle and then another in an effort to find one best suit to our needs and within our stated price range. We had done our homework, which is important to do, and knew roughly what we wanted in a vehicle--medium size, fuel economy, safety, and performance. Charlie is especially well informed on the distinctive features of each make of vehicle, and communicates this information articulately and specifically. He has a good sense of humor, and, often rare to see these days, truly likes his job. He radiates an infectious degree of health and happiness as well as shows a genuine liking for his customers and fellow workers. More
