Dominic's journey in the automotive industry began in 1996 when he joined Phil Walker Ford, which eventually became Barrie Ford. At the age of 21, Dominic approached the dealership with enthusiasm and was given the opportunity to work as a salesperson. In 2017, Dominic decided to enhance his skills and knowledge in dealership management by attending the Georgian Automotive Dealership Management program. This educational experience provided him with valuable insights and strategies to excel in his career. In 2019, Dominic moved to Welland Toyota, another dealership under the AutoIQ umbrella, where he assumed the role of Managing Partner. He led and served the team at Welland Toyota, bringing his expertise and dedication to the dealership. However, in May 2022, Dominic returned to Barrie Ford as the Managing Partner, following the retirement of Peter Panagakis. This transition allowed him to take on a leadership role in the dealership where he started his career.

Phenomenal Team Lazzaro I have dealt with men of Team Lazzaro for a number of years, always with great patience on their part as I fumbled through my list of expectations f I have dealt with men of Team Lazzaro for a number of years, always with great patience on their part as I fumbled through my list of expectations for a new vehicle. This last experience was particularly noteworthy as they patiently dealt with my ( not always realistic ) expectations/desires for a new car which would meet our (mine and my wife's) needs. 2016 Mustang I didn't have a lot of time to go around from dealership to dealership so I started by inquiring details over email. While most salesmen saw this as a waste of time, Dominic responded. He did it quick and gave me all of the information I asked for. After a few back and forth conversations, I made my way over to Barrie Ford for a very efficient visit. The team had all of the paper work prepared, and appointments setup for my trade-in evaluation. Team Lazzaro are very effective and professional in their approach, and worked with great synergy.
