Worst experience ever! Took my truck in for recalls, an inspection, and a check engine light. Took five days to get my truck back. Immediately after leaving the lot the ch Took my truck in for recalls, an inspection, and a check engine light. Took five days to get my truck back. Immediately after leaving the lot the check engine light came back on. Brought it back in and it needed a vacuum tube and said the car wasn’t safe to drive. really wondering how my car passed inspection when I wasn’t allowed to take it out on the road. I was told that I would receive a phone call for an update. Never received a phone call. I called multiple times and was reassured I would get a call back and I never did. Thankfully after three days of no communication I spoke to Dianna and she located my truck and provided me with updates and the eventual return of my truck. I will never come here again for a vehicle. I will never recommend anyone to come here after this horrible experience. Dropped my truck off on 9/5/19 for an 8:10 am on 9/6/19. Did not receive my truck until 9/18/19....disgusting More
